I've had a lot of issues closing stuff with Tangerine in the past, my Tangerine Mastercard, I was told, was closed yet showed up as active on my credit reports for months ; I had to call twice and insist to finally see the "Account closed at consumer request" update on my reports. If you have a valid library card, go to your library's website and look at their online resources. It claims your "online consumer solutions" account" can access the consumer disclosure. When you log on, there is no way to access the consumer disclosure. Instead you are repeated prompted to purchase one of their products.
